TVP Webinar - Tips for Approved Applicants: submission of change requests and final project reports
The Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) aims to subsidise local entities on the use of technological services and solutions to improve productivity, or upgrade or transform their business processes, in order to enhance their long-term competitiveness. Upon successful application, applicants should have signed a funding agreement with the Secretariat. According to the funding agreement, within 2 months after completion of the TVP project, the applicant should submit the final project report electronically through the TVP dedicated website to the Secretariat for the disbursement of the final payment.
To ensure that all approved projects under the TVP are completed within a reasonable timeframe, the Committee has agreed to amend the timeframe limitation for submitting final project reports.
To assist applicants better understand the updated arrangements, the Secretariat will be holding an webinar session on 15 September 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. During the session, the Secretariat will provide a detailed explanation of the procedures, latest updates, points to note and practical tips for the project commencement, change requests and the submission of final project reports. A Q&A session will also be included to address any questions and support applicants in smoothly implementing their projects and submitting their final project reports.
